Andrew Zaloumis do not allow any broadcast over National TV if he did not see it
So this is considered as the Voice of Andrew Zaloumis.
World Heritage Proclamation 15 December 1999
Listing Conflicting Facts
1:56 This public broadcaster say that sometimes this is a wonderworld and sometimes it is just a bowl of dust. Well this only has been dust twice since 2000. No previous references of the lake drying up completely ...Worst drought in 65 years he says.
1:59 Andrew refrence to Catalina bay in the second World War. 1939 - 1945. Sugar Cane farming started about 1913 and the flats was turned dry by 1938. Dredging started in 1953. So according to Andrew Zaloumis from 1953 to 2010 a concession boat could traverse over the bay. Now the Estuary has run dry.
Question is sea water not less toxic to marine life than sand?
I mean look at all the death. Look at the death and destruction on time line 4:19.
Remember Andrew in 2000 and 2007 you personally commanded that the life giving link between the Estuary and the ocean must be cut of.
3:51 a Very influential Scientist is explaining how toxic water can get if it is to salty. 35/1000 is ocean water and 90/1000 is toxic to most marine life. Yet we see in 4:19 that sand is more toxic than Sea Water,
Fact is Andrew one can dilute 90/1000 parts of salt with fresh ocean water, but you cannot dilute sand with wind and hope marine life will prevail.
This is currently all I can lift out ... my brain is frying between the time lines.

Now St Lucia has enough security to deal with this problem. The objective of this name and shame is to show the keyboard Ninjas or like we like to call them ... Chihuahuas ... that when you love your country you can do something about lawlessness. It just good men to do nothing for evil to prevail.
Bierpens is going to walk you through the effort it takes to apprehend or bring to book a speeding reckless driver. It does not matter if you are a Law enforcement officer or a civilian. The Effort is actually the same and we all can get involved in making South Africa a better place. Never let someone make you feel that nothing can be done about lawlessness. We, South Africans, have all the rights to make a difference.
First thing that needs to be done is to go to SAPA and open a case of Negligent and Reckless Driving. It is not done yet at date of this publication. We will do that as soon as we back in St Lucia. Maybe Christmas day.
If this driver see this video ... please contact the author so we can go to SAPS St Lucia together.
The iMfolozi River came down quiet extensively. Water levels in the Estuary has risen way above high water mark. This is in a way good news. Unfortunately the dynamics in management has change so much that a breach prediction at this stage is a mere speculation. In the absence of utilizing the scouring effect I personally believe the pressure will not rise enough to breach. The water surface is large, but the volume is not significant due to shallow silted up scenario.
If the sediment trap in front of the Ski Boat Club was maintained and the back channels and their sediment traps was maintained we might have a built up to the extend where we could have a breach ... now I think the water will merely percolate into the ocean on spring tide low.

St Lucia Estuary
iSimangaliso Wetlands Park
World Heritage Site
Storm 24 October 2016
Last night we were probably experiencing the eye of the storm. One resident measured 48mm of rain. The functionality of his equipment is under scrutiny. It felt and sounded closer to 480mm. This morning it was found that a banana tree fell over the flat's roof.
Death of forest giants in a storm like this is inevitable, but harvesting needs to be done. In Afrikaans there is a saying... Die een se dood is die ander se brood. In this scenario it cannot be more true.
Water levels in The Estuary is at an all time high... Well since Andrew reserves the right to repair something he broke... It means Demonia is irrelevant. So the Park's flourishing history starts at declaration of World Heritage Site on 15 December 1999. What his father accomplished is now null and void.
Any way some people have some will inside them to revive the ailing system... Even if it means revoking the status...
Local Tour Guide and Operator Charl Koen saw the Armed robbery taking place at Spar around 19:00. Made U Turn and raced to the Entrance Gate of St Lucia Estuary ... calling the Assistance of Nyala Security to close the only exit from town.
The first vehicle with the armed robber occupants pushed the Nyala Security Vehicle out of the way as they exited from the town. In the video you can see The Nissan Hardbody of Extreme Nature Tours, Charl Koen, blocking the road on the left towards the pavement.
Charl makes a brief appearance from the shelter of the Guard House at the entrance as he warned his friend coming into town with the white bakkie and trailer. Charl moved like speed of lighting back to the cover of the guard house when they started firing shots scaring off the people who tried to block their escape route.
Spar was robbed of an undisclosed amount of money. Tourist was relieved of their wallets and Passports. Since St Lucia and the 640 000 people surrounding the World Heritage site has become totally dependent on International Tourism ... This incident is taken very seriously by locals that makes a living from this Industry.
Everyone is affected by National Domestic Politics and Violence. On top of this the drought play a large role in local's surrounding the park mainly living as subsistence farmers. Over the past 16 years the World Heritage management has alienated traditional fishing tourist. Locally make carving sales has plunged and International Tourist cannot export local Crafts because of the raw untreated materials used.
Luckily No One Got hurt. ... Words one hate to use because of the unnecessary exuberant high volumes of violent crime being committed by Gun Wielding Criminals.

People are willing to fight for their lives to protect their livelihood and the Industry. This is a shout out to everybody that helped at the gate. Not everyone wants their names mentioned, but we take note of the passion that they proofed to have towards making St Lucia a safe and better place.
More Shout Outs to follow as we interview the people that where involved. Thanks to everyone ... Great to see a town coming together in a time of need.

No one injured. The one vehicle was forced of the road by SAPS St Lucia. But they shot at them and escaped on foot. All suspects still at large. At time of publication no injuries was reported yet. Seems everyone witnessing this and in the middle of this seems to be okay, but just shaken.
The statistics released by the South African Police Services appear below. Pardon me if I believe they have been “watered down” considerably. That and the fact that many victims do not bother to report the crimes cause me to doubt the accuracy of the reports. I believe we have, not hundreds but THOUSANDS of people/civilians walking around suffering from various degrees of Post Traumatic Stress.

Type in St Lucia Estuary this morning on Google Search. Petrus Viviers Holds second and Forth place on the first page results. One spot on page 3.
Now since Andrew only won iSimangaliso.Com in the last battle and Petrus Viviers took the challenge to the next level by using Free Service to dominate Page 1 on Google Search Results one wonders why Andrew spend so much money on website hosting and designing when his team can't even compete with a Dyslexic Blogger.
As The Mexican would say..."I Smile"
Good Luck Andrew... I don't have the budget neither the education, but thankfully the truth is for FREE.
Andrew Zaloumis is literally throwing money into the water. Pumping live giving Estuarine fresh rain water into the ocean. This is a blatant joke. Three months to shift 40 000 kubes of sand. Millions of liters of fresh water and R30 000 000.00 down the drain. Cost per cube. Think it is cheaper to mine for Gold at this price. Pun intended. Cyclone must now come to the party with facts. They are the gatekeepers of the truth.
The newly improved hopper feed should be the new life saving venture, but it is clearly a failure. With the intent to expose myself for civil lawsuits I am challenging Dr Barry Clark, Dr Ricky Taylor and Andrew Zaloumis in explaining what the hell are they doing. Over the past 16 years the Estuary's floor level raised with at least a meter. All the sacred Dusky Kob died in this miss management fiasco. Millions of cubic water of natural Phytoplankton breeding brine has been reduced to a brackish pond and the goal of 96000 kubes had not been reached yet at the end of September 2016.
Please guys you have proofed as a team you are useless in maintaining the Estuary as a World Class Life Support System How much more damage do you intend to do before you step down and retire on the earnings you have accumulated by manipulating the health of this fragile system. By the time someone steps up their will be nothing more to save. Really..?? I have given references to Estuary 101 ... scholar level syllabus .. before. Do I need to print it and hand deliver it to you.
Dr Barry I told you... you are single handedly responsible for killing of the Mangrove swamps. You laughed at me. What are you saying about this statement now dear Doctor ...?? You are responsible for this ... your link channel is failing yet again. You are making a mockery out of your degree sire. You stepped up to the plate. You stuffed your face with the spoils and the riches on the table. Now time to cough up sir. Write us what went wrong with your Million Dollar Plan ... Excuse the pun ..
Andrew ... I bow my head in shame. From such a strong Environmental background. Look what you have achieved in 16 years. Are you proud of this achievement. To walking the walk you must talk the talk sire. Your MK connection does not bode well in an IFP/Zulu Controlled environment. If I were you sire... which I am gald I am not... I would not write it down in history books. Class action suite against MK and it's Gun runners is not a futuristic movie theme. It is knocking at your door sir ... You have made the connection public. It is no longer bedtime stories.
Many people's blood are dripping of your stained hands sire. We not proud in shaking it. Actually we don't want to touch it ... so please don't get on that bandwagon. ... I am ready to make the ride unpleasant for you,

They does not Solve The Problem ... But it removes the Solution
(Quote Jackson ... Teenage Gamer)
Continuing ... To tell this story one has to start at the beginning. ... Since I don't have millions to my disposal to hire a storyteller to plan "my" future I have to rely on systematic research ... The first lie I want to Address is the Apartheid involvement of the development of Zululand and the Greater St Lucia Wetlands Park ...
The first known person to provide protection to wildlife in the region was ZuluKing Shaka, who prevented excessive hunting of game animals in the Umfolozi River valley in the early 19th century. However King Shaka used this area for his own hunting purposes and cannot be classed as a 'preservationist'. Voortrekkers, who entered the region now known as KwaZulu-Natal in the early 19th century, also had conservation policies. The Voortrekker leader Piet Retief had rules excluding the unnecessary shooting of game, and veld burning was strictly controlled.
_________________________________________________
The only threat The Greater St Lucia Wetland Park ever faced was the proclamation of World Heritage Status. Without this proclamation Andrew Zaloumis would never laid his hands on the spoils of Apartheid and it would have reverted back to the rightful owners. Now it is been sold off and indebted to the highest bidder. Andrew will control his little kingdom and the original owners will bow to him. The Nkozi left speechless and void of any pride.
This lovely coastline and unique system will be over runned by foreign investors and high rise buildings will feature the skyline of the humble and struggling birth grounds of the sea turtles. Andrew's systematic dismantling of the cornerstone of any human settlement is already proved to be devastated to turtle nesting grounds South of Cape Vidal beaches.
Over many years under the guidance of Dennis Page a very strong and Conservation friendly town planning scheme was developed for St Lucia Estuary which was already a proclaimed township in 1722 by the Royal British Throne.
Andrew Zaloumis had no intention to utilise this floodplain ever again. This is a pre 1984 picture of the Western Bank of St Lucia Estuary where the R618 runs through the so called man made flood plain. Yes this is dredger spoils. The iMfolozi River is bringing down millions of tons topsoil down annually and deposit it sediment straight into the ht in front of St Lucia Estuary mouth. This sediment was diverted away from the Estuary mouth with the 1958 adopted management plan when it was decided to reroute the iMfolozi River from the iMfolozi Floodplains to drain the ocean.
Taken into consideration how the Estuary use to function when trading ships could traverse the system through two mouths to the point it has been degraded to a muddy pond in 2013, it is clear that Andrew abused his powers as custodian of South Africa's first World Heritage Site to build him a legacy equal or bigger than his father's. May Unle Nollie soul rest in peace. He worked so hard to build this legacy ... using footwork and negotiating with traditional leaders to give up ancestral land to protect it against the power hungry Colonialist Government that destroyed most of the natural habitat and destroyed sacred animals leaving the carcases to rot in the face of people whose religious beliefs was build the back of RESPECT ...
Andrew is now flaunting his "heroic" strive to save the World Heritage Site from so called Apartheid Vandalist. Truth be told. what ever he is fixing today was broken at his own hand over the past 16 years. People call's him inexperience. I call it coerced... Since the very rapidly written and deployment of the Lebombo Spatial Development Initiative is still on track and had no public participation in its making back in 1996 when it was written and has no public participation now in its deployment. Like a steam train Andrew is pushing forward destroying a fragile interactive eco system.
To unravel a lie in the making I am going to use the book Natal and Zululand from Earliest Times to 1910 - a New History ISBN 0 86980 695 5
The chapter that kept me riveted for many years is the one called "The Reduction of Zululand" Chapter 8 ... Page 193 - 232. It has great insight on how the British Thrown manipulated the Zululand and Natal Area Under the High Commissioner for South East Africa by the name Wolsely.
He was a cunning man who knew how to give a little and take a lot. How to manipulate have nots and get from the haves.
So Andrew you chose to become a celebrity!!! This invokes my right to freedom of speech as a blogger. And under this constitutional Right I am taking you on for a Truth Distorted.
Firstly you are in the heart of Zululand ... an area owned by The Zulu Nation ... With a Monarchy. The area was always controlled by the Amakozi. You and your verbal diarrhea cannot defowl the legacy of these people. (To Be Continued...)
Despite promising high sea with the built up to Equinox the ocean did not create a lasting breach into the Estuary. Water levels is high, but the sediment build up in front of the Estuary's mouth is high.
We are moving towards a Spring Tide, but it will tall short of 20 October. With out a Cyclone pushing down the Mozambique channel there's very little hope of a natural breach before December 2016.
Another year out planet has to function with out one of its most important life support systems.
How ever conditions looks great for Grunter Season. The little interaction between ocean and estuary will spawn all the critters to restock and also calls the Grunter to their Natural spawning grounds.
Get your rods ready and your trip planned to the coast. Nothing ventured nothing gained.
