Ripple is very complex to understand. Seems like Ripple needed cash and decided to go Crypto Currency Route and not Share Certificates. Critics explain Ripple as a centralized crypto currency. 

Yet Ripple does not full fill the role of  a Crypto Currency at the moment. Ripple is a Technology that far surpasses Block Chains and the function of Crypto Currencies. Seems like Ripple aims to improve the function of Swift, the International Code that links Banks from around the World. It would be great if Ripple lands a Swift contract for it looks like Swift was slow out of the starting blocks with the new technology.   

So what is Ripple?

Ripple is a privately owned Crypto Currency Network to assist in cross border payments and speed it up, but ripple is  more than just a currency. Ripple is actually a technology based on three tools. 

1. xCurrent, 
2. xRapid, 
3. XVia 

Ripple Public rather talk about tokens than coins. 

Ripple Public are more interested in investing in Ripple than trading of Tokens.

Why did Ripple Lock up Tokens in Escrow Account?

All the Ripple tokens that will ever be in existence has been released and is the hands of the Company Owners/Founders. This does not create and artificial shortage, but rather an over offering. To increase Ripples Value the volume had to be reduced. So 55 Billion Tokens has been locked up for 5 years, since May 2017, in an Escrow account. 

History of Ripple

Ripplepay, was first developed in 2004 by Ryan Fugger. That is 4 years before Bitcoin was conceived. This lead to Ripple Pay in 2005. In 2011 Ripple, under the hands of Jed McCaleb of eDonkey created a new crypto currency. eDonkey dates back to 2000 and was well of the World'd most used file sharing platforms and still stands second to BitTorrent today in the world of File Sharing. 

Ripple started it's life with investors like Andreessen Horowitz and Google Ventures. Open Coin was incorporated  with Ripple under XRP in 2013 after The partnership between ZipZap and Ripple was called a threat to Western Union. Ripple Labs also introduced Bitcoin Bridge. The ability for any Currency to be converted to Bitcoin. (Do You Wonder why Ripple is the bench mark and Not Bitcoin?)  .^.

• September 2014 the New Jersey-based Cross River Bank and Kansas-based CBW Bank announced they would be using the Ripple protocol. 
• December 2014 Ripple Labs began working with global payments service Earthport, combining Ripple's software with Earthport's payment services system. Earthport's clients include banks such as Bank of America and HSBC, and it operates in 65 countries.
• April 2015, it was announced that Western Union was planning to "experiment" with Ripple
• In late May 2015, Commonwealth Bank of Australiaannounced it would be experimenting with Ripple

Why Bitcoin will keep on failing

Bitcoin was designed to be a Bubble/Ponzie/Pyramid Scheme dressed as a Crypto Currency.

Bitcoin did revolutionised the way people look at Crypto Currencies and AltCoins in general, but to create "Gold" out of cyber Space purely by mining it was a joke from start.

Now for the World to link all AltCoins to Bitcoin as if it is cyber gold is madness and only mad people would do it and try and believe themselves.

My first ever research into Bitcoin was through it's white paper. The Mechanics behind Bitcoin is nothing less than a Ponzie Scheme. How sad that the World's Future Currencies is build on a Computer Scam that no one wants to take responsibility for.

The Bitcoin Foundation dipped their hands into the Script running Bitcoin and change the trust factor completely. If Bitcoin was to be the Cyber Gold of our World it should have been presented like that and a Trade Currency should have been linked to it.

BUT ... Bitcoin was presented to us as a cyber trade Currency and then when the transactions started stacking up Bitcoin run into Hard Coded intentionally implanted inflated algorithms thus strangling it self in the lack of computing power.

If Bitcoin was intended to be the "Gold" then it needed a "dollar" as a currency that was not intentionally computer processing hungry.

The Bitcoin Community/Foundation altered the original script and the two hard forks never happened. Proofing that Bitcoin is not decentralised and not self regulated.

Furthermore confusion was created with Bitcoin Gold (BTG) and Bitcoin Cash (BHC). One was a fork from Bitcoin intended to be the Cash and the other was created so people with inferior hardware can share in the so called mining experience.

Well that is that ... Should have Been Bitcoin Gold ... Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin ... in that order, but it is not .. now we stuck with a Energy hungry monster that is ill equipped to drive the Worlds Economy.

This article is based on facts 

St Lucia Estuary has a long standing town planning scheme that is in line with the National Building Regulation and other town planning schemes. This scheme might be old, but I am not sure it is outdated. St Lucia did not have any "new land released" since 2000. St Lucia as a town has limited Electricity, Water supply, Sewerage Disposal and Waste Disposal. This cannot change and will effect any New Town planning Scheme. So by way of intellectual deduction it will have to have a town planning scheme in line with this restrictions in mind.

With out an updated zoning map, which is currently in process of being updated these zones are quite easy to thumb suck.

GR 1 is properties larger than 4400 sq before sub dividing. 

GR 2 is properties larger than 2000 sq before sub dividing.

Normally their zoning did not change after sub dividing, but additional restrictions has been placed on properties bigger and smaller than 4400 sq. Only properties larger than 4400 sqm in GR1/GR2 has the right to apply for Hotel Rights under special consent. Special Consent is exactly what it states. 

An Property owner will put in writing reasons why they want to invoke special consent on a certain property. The Municipality will then grant or deny that consent to the applicant. Special Consent is only binding to the applicant and not transferable with out the Municipality's blessing. Thus for every Transfer must have in writing that the property is bought and the buyer is aware of Special Consent and whether it has been been granted or not.

This Extends to Guest Houses on Special Residential 1 & 2 Zoning.

These are generally properties smaller than 1200 sq, but again it must be confirmed from the Zoning Map. Guest Houses on these properties fall under the Special Consent Criteria.

1. Not more than 4 Rooms available to Guests
2. Owner Must Reside on the premises
3. Special Consent must been given by the Municipality in writing.

Thus said we now look at the marketing of said Guest Houses on Property 24 If you are an Estate Agent, Lawyer (transferring or advisory) or a buyer you must insure that you are familiar with these Consents and Zoning. I have recently reapplied for my Estate Agency Fidelity Fund Certificate and have been viewing the properties available on line For Sale. I see a lot of pitfalls that has evolved over the past 9 years in the St Lucia Estuary Property Market.

I, Petrus Bierpens Viviers, have very little respect with large corporations and their macro attitude towards micro problems. If you are to large to understand the problem of an individual you have become power obese and I treat you with the same resentment that you treat me for being obese.

This problem is build into the core of modern society, education and religion. No person has the power over another person. We choose our leaders and if we choose wisely we chose them because of their wisdom and not because of their knowledge. (Wisdom is the ancient trait of the ability to apply knowledge)

So maybe our corporate mentality is now feeding the beast. We should go back to the system where we use the skills of wise individuals and stop employing the collectiveness of corporate knowledge.

Actually Facebook marketing is very expensive and time consuming. Finding the sweet spot on where everything comes together takes a great understanding of social media.

to join them in Bophuthatswana 

On 9 March the unrest situation in Bophuthatswana had reached critical proportions, and on that day Mangope made a personal telephone call appeal for help to the AWB leader in Ventersdorp. Terre’Blanche and some of his general staff then rushed through to Pretoria where an Afrikaner Volksfront (AVF) executive meeting was held, and at which it was decided to send in an armed force to try and stabilise the Mangope government. Viljoen was at that stage still part of the AVF’s executive, and was a party to this decision; this despite the 4^th March 1994, in contrast to the AVF, he founded a political party, the Vryheidsfront (VF, in English: Freedom Front), to participate to multinational elections of 27th April 1994, whose aim was to make further evolution of the Republic of South Africa (RSA) empire on the capitalism-communism way. The political administration of the “new” Empire would be entrusted to the major political force in the Empire: a Communist force that international capitalism had helped to create, assist, finance, and promote.

The AWB generals were then allowed to use the AVF telephones to issue call up instructions to their immediate junior officers, and in this way a mobilisation call was sent out. It was claimed later that the nationalist station, Radio Pretoria (set up to the East of Pretoria) had issued AWB call up instructions, but this was not true. All that station did was to announce in its news bulletins that the AWB had called up its members to help Bophuthatswana.

Viljoen and his followers in the meanwhile mobilised their own “armed wing” - the Boere Krisis Aksie (Farmer’s Crisis Action - the same people who had been involved in the 1991 attack on the black squatters at Goedgevonden) and ordered them into Bophuthatswana as well. After arriving in the homeland, the AWB forces were deployed in the White residential areas of Mmabatho, where they were given a friendly reception by the White inhabitants, who had started to fear the rampant lawlessness and looting that was taking place in the centre of that town. The AWB forces were deployed under the command of one of the Wenkommando generals from Natal, Nicolaas Cornelius Fourie.

Now of the above mentioned I can testify to myself I was at Radio Pretoria over those three days. Road Access to the Radio Station was Cordoned off by members of Constant Viljoens Vryheids Front. The public had no communications with the right wing guys on the ground and we could not warn them that misleading information is spread via right wing network that General Constant Viljoen is calling all right wing to Bophuthatswana to protect Mangope. We all new Terblanche called on a selected few good men to help with the extraction of the Mangope Government officials. We all knew the ANC where called to arms in Bophuthatswana. We all knew a disaster was looming, but we could not negotiate with the Vryheids Front men surrounding Radio Pretoria.

Constand Viljoen is a Director of Armscor. He also farms cattle and Paprika in the Ohrighstad District of Mpumalanga. Viljoen came out of retirement and farming to lead the Freedom Front into the first democratic parliament 1994. He has since retired from active politics and went back to full-time farming 2001. He is widely credited for bringing the extreme right wing Afrikaner into mainstream politics and thus averted a civil war.

My next burning issue is the stage Stroke of P.W. Botha. Personally I don't like Botha's. It is a racial religious thing. Before you all go up in arms I am born from ancestral Bothas. So yes the filthy Jew Streak runs in my veins, but it does not mean I have to like the critters.

Yet in this case we have to bring the facts forward. Pretty much like Verwoerd, P.W. Botha wanted to make place for people of majority races in Parliament, but the Nationalist was against him. This is why this piece of history is most astounding to me. 

This was widely reported in Botha's case. Robin Renwick, who took up the post of British ambassador to South Africa in 1987, noted that Botha was "prone to furious rages" and that "his ministers were terrified of him". Through these eruptions he intimidated any challenger.

P.W Botha Never had a stroke. The symptoms was induced by large quantities of Insuline that was given to him in his tea. This should be able to be confirm by National Intelligence active during 1988 - 1990. (Undisclosed Source)

On 18 January 1989, P W Botha suffered a mild stroke at the age of 73. He was scheduled to meet with Namibian political leaders on 20 January 1989, but could not attend the meeting due to his ailing condition. Acting president, Christiaan Heunis, attended the meeting in his place.
