Bierpens Stark Raving Mad?

Andrew Zaloumis

iSimangaliso Wetlands Park

Bierpens is Furious

Bullies and other Trolls

No one cares about the legacy of a humble person. It is the Psycho Paths and Skitsofrenis that ends up in History Books. The thing is every person want to leave a legacy, maybe that is true. I was brought up in a humble home where we were taught that all humans are equal and that all business ventures must give people equal opportunities. Or maybe I missed on of the memo's or family meetings. Maybe I spend to much time with my dear old Grandmother.

One thing life taught me is stop investigating at some point. Stop learning. Only God is all knowing. If you want to fit in you must accept to be a sheep. Well somewhere someone broke the kill switch. Was it the Metrics of 1979 that bullied a cripple once to many times. Was it my friend that was beaten to a pulp by his sisters boyfriend and the fact that I was forced to watch it happen. The guilt that followed later when he succumbed on a terminal brain tumor.

Who knows what tripped my switch. The fact that it is broken does not make life any easier for me. It means I have to justify all my actions against bullies very calculatively. The line between act of crime and justice is very thin. Especially when your switch is broken. Being Calculated comes with it's own draw backs. One always holds back on the last punch and one never sucker punch one's opponent, Fact is Andrew Zaloumis challenged me on a public meeting in person back in 1995.

From a position of power I never cared much for his challenge. Humble was the credo. The strong will never step on the poor or the weak. We will always leave a place for the less fortunate earn a living. This is one thing Andrew Zaloumis has lost in his struggle against Apartheid. Over the past 16 years he has challenged the White Families on every corner and visit to The Wetland Park. I have no problem with this. In essence I am against Hebraism. Now in essence what Andrew Zaloumis is doing with The Greater St Lucia Wetland Park, which was left to us all by Nollie Zaloumis, George Hughes and Ian Player, is not in the best interest of all South Africans.

Over the past 16 years he has alienated traditional Zulu Crafters from their legacy and customer base. If one reads the history books it is not what the Big Three has anticipated. They builded a World Renowned Park integrating White Apartheid and Zulu Culture. This is a legacy no other person could achieve. They have build a management Structure in Natal Parks Board that successfully managed all aspects of the sensitive and fragile ecosystem and the needs of so many people from so many walks of live.

Andrew Zaloumis has destroyed this. Yes I can proof it in a court of law, but since we have freedom of speech in South Africa I don't need to. Already engaged with Andrew in two legal battles I am sure a third one will be not only a waste of taxpayers money, but also be over playing his legal hand. Yet I wont mind the publicity Mass Media will give my cause in this matter should Andrew pursue another legal battle against me, See the problem is Andrew Zaloumis is now a public figure and we can write about him as long as it is vaguely true.

Since my integrity is at stake I won't gossip about all the rumors surround Andrew. He has a Wife and Children. This is the main reason why I was holding back for so long before I started in this war of words and mayhem to expose him for who he really is. Out of respect for his children and his right to be a father, but Andrew is Apathetic and keeps on going like a one man wrecking ball. Well this has tripped my switch that I came out of my corner swinging ....

Andrew Zaloumis never filed for an Application to drive on the beaches. With hindsight the Application would have failed, but those acts where only casted in stone by Martinus van Schalkwyk in 2006. So by way of deduction he never intended to file an Application to drive on the beaches.

Andrew closed the Estuary Mouth Mechanically in 2000, 2007 and in 2016 with a high court court case that he reversed engineered. Very cunning I must say, but very shrewd and disrespectful to the presiding Judge,

Andrew Zaloumis received management over The Greater St Lucia Wetlands Park on 15 December 1999. This move he already planned in 1996. Thanks to Gerrie Swan, Town Clerk St Lucia Town Board at the time, Andrew moved in and destroyed a very fragile economy impacting most on Zulu Crafters.

The most important fact is that The Greater St Lucia Wetland Park received a Grant in 2000 from the World Bank in the amount of US $9 500 000.00. to repair the damage to St Lucia Estuary. By 2012 The Estuary was declared dead. The iSimangaliso Wetlands Park Authority received another 7.5 million Euros to do the same job again in 2013. In 2016 Andrew was broadcast by Kwela on Kyk Net that the Estuary will be open by October 2016. Not only was this a lie Andrew told us in 2014 he is starting a management plan that will link the Estuary to The Ocean

Now this is where it is getting interesting .... See this Report ... Well for those who do the effort in cross referencing my facts will see that you cannot get the report through normal browsing, but yeah Bierpens is not a average user. Well one does not need a Russian Hacker to open a catch all on domains. One only needs to understand the workings of Google's Algorithms. Any way the point I am trying to make is that The Fact Is In 2014 The iSimangaliso Wetlands Park had 1/4 of a Billion Rands in Cash Grants to their disposal to make The Management Plan Work. We now know it would only have been about R75 000 000.00 which was already donated ... sorry a honest Dyslexic mistake... Granted ... that is the Verbally Correct English Word.

The Fact is Mike Bower ... It is FREE MONEY ... How ever you look at the Park is Run and Built and Maintained on Free Money. If I defend myself against The iSimangaliso Wetland Park Authority it comes from the food on my childrens table. So see Mike when Andrew takes a legal swing at me it impacts on the health of my children and their well being in general. It does not happen with free money.

Now that we have cleared the air regarding this matter. Andrew has restricted us, The Public, from Kob Fishing, Park Rules they call it. Well those sacred Kobs died. If we look at the above facts they where killed due to gross negligence.

Let Me Explain
In 2000 Andrew Received US $9 500 000.oo
In 2000 Andrew instructs to mechanically close the Estuary
In 2007 Andrew instructs to mechanically close the Estuary
In 2012 Andrew was told the Estuary had died
In 2013 Andrew receives 7.5 Million Euros
In 2014 He had a plan. He had R250 000 000.00 Granted Cash on Hand
In 2015 The Estuary Run Dry and all the Fish Died. Everything. Even the Resident Brindle Bass
In 2016 He made a TV Appearance where he promised the mouth will be open by October
In 2017 Andrew receives more money from The World Bank

Andrew Zaloumis is not the right man for the job, He has killed St Lucia Estuary and it will have a huge impact on Earth Warming for generations to come. He has destroyed the legacy that got us World Heritage Status in the First Place.

Now you can help Remove Andrew Zaloumis from office....
Or You can Help us force UNESCO to do their Job  ...

The choice is yours.

Thank You

Yours Sincerely

62 Million Reasons Not to trust Andrew Zaloumis

iSimangaliso Wetlands
St Lucia Estuary

Now let us open the books with taunting Andrew with his National Mass Media manipulation and still the truth pops up in Google's top 10 Searches. See Andrew while you where slumbering in your office the past 16 years I set out to save St Lucia Estuary from you.

The fact that you read this proves that I am very well positioned to expose you. And way let us get to the facts. St Lucia Estuary is a marine system. You will have to proof with facts that Nollie had different plans for it.

See Andrew we are worried about the way you apply your power to manipulate us... The public... We are not that stupid nor are we that squishy. Let it be know... You have done more damage to this eco system in 16 years than all the anglers that ever fished it. So Andrew thr fish you killed will be used against you. We the angler's of South Africa will see to it.

Regards

Religion and Ivory

As for the past few years I concentrated on the slaughter of the rhino; I did not write much about the other animals that are also getting wiped out. On the Rhino sites I see so many comments, about the Chinese. Now, I am not saying that China has a huge responsibility in the business, but to be accurate, the Vietnamese are the forerunners in rhino horn trade.
When it comes to the slaughter of the elephants, China is taking a leading role, of that there is no doubt. In China and Hong Kong, ivory is seen as precious material and is used in ornaments and jewellery. I think there must be millions of Ivory Buddha  statues in the world.  Most will be found in Japan. The Buddhist religious leaders say little in defence of the elephant. Recently a few websites selling Ivory Buddha statues have popped up, the biggest client base? Britain.
Then we come to the other idols that are made from Ivory, they estimate about 30 % of the tusks poached are made into little Jesus and Mary statues. Ivory baby Jesuses and saints for Catholics in the Philippines mainly. That the Pope does not make a stand against this show he should re-read the book of Genesis, and think what God, to whom he claims a direct line, by the way, said about man being responsible for the well being of the animals.
National Geographic published the following:
“Monsignor Garcia is head of protocol for the archdiocese of Cebu, the largest in the Philippines, giving him a flock of nearly 4 million in a country of 75 million Roman Catholics, the world’s third largest Catholic population. The tradition of carving ivory into religious pieces in the Philippines is so deeply rooted that in Cebu the word for ivory, garing, also means “religious statue.”

“Christy reports that another prominent Filipino Catholic, Father Vicente Lina, Jr. (Father Jay), advises people to buy religious icons made of “new” ivory—”so the history of an image will start in you.” By “new” Father Jay means smuggled.”

Then, we have the Islamic prayer beads for Muslims, all over the world.

Religion is obviously no friend of the elephant.

Vodacom Black Out - Umhlatuze

Since early Monday Morning 31 October 2016 St Lucia Estuary, Richards Bay and Empangeni is experiencing a total Vodacom black out. Residents, contract holders, businesses, security companies and normal users are finding it very frustrating. This has a huge impact on first world comforts in a third world comforts.

Not only is the teenagers impacted with the disruption on their social life and stay at home moms on their social media addiction, but people from rural areas visiting their local vendors to purchase pre paid electricity for their fridges back home. Made a very expensive trip to town and now cannot buy this life giving force that keep their food storage going.

One don't experience the impact of first world luxuries on third world communities, but Vodacom being down in such a large are is not a first world floor tantrum. It has real live consequences. From the taxi money budgeted to the fridges defrosting and valuable food sources being spoiled.

I hope someone finds a solution to this problem quickly.

Of Soldiers & Policemen

Short Stories by Wayne Bisset, the Mexican Horse Thief

You would know by now that soldiers and policemen don’t seem to get along … not in any country that I have visited. For me, boredom is a terrible thing, and sometimes one has to compromise to find some excitement. Therefore, when I heard that Sandton Command assisted in drug raids, I thought I would check it out, gave all the right people for references, and I was in. The next mission was coming up in a couple of weeks. I got the details along with the customary offer to join the lads at the bar once a week. Knowing myself quite well, I stayed away until the night of the ops.

We met at the Commando HQ early in the evening, were issued with kit which, for the first time in my life, contained a bullet-proof vest as well. Slight argument about that, as I felt that ancient thing would hamper my freedom of movement. This was not the thin, reasonably lightweight jacket you see on the movies; it was a bulky, extremely heavy affair, consisting of two thick Bakelite plates sown in, back and front. That, together with a Battle Jacket holding four 30-round magazines, came to half my body weight. The steel helmet has never been and will never be an option for me. The other guys convinced me the jacket was a good plan as it stopped a blade slipping in, in the crowded clubs and brothels we would be raiding. The helmet? No stories of bricks and bottles thrown from high buildings could convince me to put that piece of shit on. As for it stopping a bullet, kak!  I have taken one to a civilian shooting range and fired a handgun through the thing; okay, it was a .357, but still.

We were then briefed on what our duties would be. This was interesting. Apparently, when the cops raided a building, the Nigerians in the building opposite would take pot shots at them. As we had no radio contact with either the police or each other, it was understood that when shots were fired we were to locate the target and fire back. I have often heard SADF soldiers complain about the accuracy of the R4 rifle, and how the R1 is more accurate, whadda whadda, whadda. A case of a bad worker blaming his tools? Funnily enough, the R4 rifle was the weapon of choice for some of the snipers in Bosnia. The weight, length and recoil of the R1 are all a pain in the arse.  That, of course, is only my opinion, and when one goes into a dangerous situation, one should be comfortable and confident with one’s equipment.

The other duty I had would be to ‘look after’ the female policewomen. I thought this was not only a sexist approach, but also that some of those policewomen sure didn’t look like they needed me to look after them. Shit, I think in a stand up brawl, they would have kicked my butt.

We then went to meet up with the police team at a station well outside our targeted area. There were 300-odd of them, and a lot of trucks, cars and bikes. The most interesting amongst them was a chap that arrived on a Harley. He had a van Dyke beard and long hair, and was dressed like an American biker advert. Under his leather vest was a huge stainless steel .44 magnum. I later learned that his police issue pistol was tucked in the back of his pants. This character was apparently the main undercover drug inspector. There were uniformed cops and plain-clothes cops that still looked like cops, but he looked like a pimp or major dealer, and had the attitude to go with it. After hanging around for a few hours, we finally boarded our respective vehicles and set off for the Brow. This was done with huge fanfare, patrol cars clearing the way, lights flashing. They blocked all intersecting roads so our passage was as swift as possible, the idea being to take the building by surprise and have it cordoned off as quickly as possible, nobody in or out.

The targeted building was a mixed-up affair with bars, clubs and whorehouses on the top and bottom couple of floors, with resident flats in between. As the main force charged the building, we army chaps scanned the opposite building for signs of trouble. If a curtain twitched, it was immediately covered by a couple of R4s. Much to my disappointment, nothing happened. I would have loved to shoot myself a drug dealer … just for fun, you understand.

Once the cops were in, our duty changed, and we accompanied the female officers into the clubs. There was total chaos: noise, shouting and some hitting. The cops seemed to know their business and drugs of all types were being flushed out. One of the army Bedfords became a prisoner vehicle, while another was used to pack confiscated drugs. Pretty soon both were full, and we had just started. From the club we moved to the whorehouse. Here was another shock. Most of the prostitutes were under 18 years old, blonde and Afrikaans. Since the mission was to find drugs, the cops ignored them and raided the office. More prisoners and many drugs; I then learned about “Black Dollars.”

Apparently, there was this scam where a person bought plain black paper and it was supposed to somehow turn into dollars. Doesn’t sound very clever to me, but the fact is, boxes of black paper cut to the size of banknotes were being taken out along with the containers of drugs.  While this was going on inside the building some cops were outside watching both the prisoners and the windows. I had come out to help with window-watching, and, to my amazement, saw hundreds of little black pieces of paper floating down. Then some packets of white powder joined in. One cop did some quick floor- and window-counting, and got on the radio, telling his colleges where it was coming from. They were by now raiding the residential part of the building.

Standing around watching windows was becoming boring and I decided that at the next building I would rather join the “kicking down doors brigade.” Once the building was well and truly raided, and the prisoners and drugs dropped off at Hillbrow police station, we repeated the procedure on the other side of town. Again, highly disappointed that no-one shot at us, I joined up with the Harley man and a policewoman to kick in some doors. This was fun. The guys downstairs would estimate the window and floor and give us the info. We got to kick in the doors. Sometimes they got it wrong and all we would find was some terrified old-age pensioner that was stuck living in this hell-hole, having bought the flat when things were better in this country. Their retirement money was all spent, and their flats had no resale value now that the Nigerians had taken over the buildings. Hillbrow was called the southern capital of Nigeria and the Congo. More often than not, though, we would find some character throwing evidence out the window. He would be warned to cease immediately, lie on the floor, etc. etc.

One memorable scene was when a chap that was ditching packets of cocaine refused to listen. Mr Harley told him to stop it, twice, and when the chap did not listen, Mr Harley casually reached into the back of his pants, pulled out his pistol, and shot the perpetrator through the knee. Pandemonium! Cops bursting in from everywhere, radios blaring: ‘Shots fired, shots fired!’ in various languages, and loads of yelling, some of it from the guy that had just been shot. Some of the cops were yelling at Mr Harley, but he had a real attitude, although I think maybe he violated some civil code or something, considering the drug dealer had no weapons visible. Personally, I think he should have shot the guy through the head; save a fortune of taxpayers’ money on hospital fees and the plane ticket to get him back to his own country, till the next time he gets caught and the whole thing starts again. Apparently, that would be considered a gross infraction of human rights, or some shit. Don’t you love “democracy”?

We did two more buildings, the same modus oparandi, and by the time the sun was coming up, I was beginning to think, ‘I’m getting too old for this shit.’ The flak jacket felt like it weighed a ton; it was biting into my breastbone which has a small bump on it from an old injury, and I needed a drink. As we were wrapping things up some cops thought it would be hilarious to let off a few “big bang” crackers to wake everyone up. They had an arsenal of note pointing at them within milliseconds; some people were not amused. After that I went home and had a few shots of vodka and slept on and off for the rest of the day.
Since I was not part of Sandton Command, it was a hassle to get paid and I only went on those jols when I got really bored.

St Lucia Estuary - Pumping Water at R30 000 000.00

Andrew Zaloumis is literally throwing money into the water. Pumping live giving Estuarine fresh rain water into the ocean. This is a blatant joke. Three months to shift 40 000 kubes of sand. Millions of liters of fresh water and R30 000 000.00 down the drain. Cost per cube. Think it is cheaper to mine for Gold at this price. Pun intended. Cyclone must now come to the party with facts. They are the gatekeepers of the truth.

The newly improved hopper feed should be the new life saving venture, but it is clearly a failure. With the intent to expose myself for civil lawsuits I am challenging Dr Barry Clark, Dr Ricky Taylor and Andrew Zaloumis in explaining what the hell are they doing. Over the past 16 years the Estuary's floor level raised with at least a meter. All the sacred Dusky Kob died in this miss management fiasco. Millions of cubic water of natural Phytoplankton breeding brine has been reduced to a brackish pond and the goal of 96000 kubes had not been reached yet at the end of September 2016.

Please guys you have proofed as a team you are useless in maintaining the Estuary as a World Class Life Support System  How much more damage do you intend to do before you step down and retire on the earnings you have accumulated by manipulating the health of this fragile system. By the time someone steps up their will be nothing more to save. Really..?? I have given references to Estuary 101 ... scholar level syllabus .. before. Do I need to print it and hand deliver it to you.

Dr Barry I told you... you are single handedly responsible for killing of the Mangrove swamps. You laughed at me. What are you saying about this statement now dear Doctor ...?? You are responsible for this ... your link channel is failing yet again. You are making a mockery out of your degree sire. You stepped up to the plate. You stuffed your face with the spoils and the riches on the table. Now time to cough up sir. Write us what went wrong with your Million Dollar Plan ... Excuse the pun ..

Andrew ... I bow my head in shame. From such a strong Environmental background. Look what you have achieved in 16 years. Are you proud of this achievement. To walking the walk you must talk the talk sire. Your MK connection does not bode well in an IFP/Zulu Controlled environment. If I were you sire... which I am gald I am not... I would not write it down in history books. Class action suite against MK and it's Gun runners is not a futuristic movie theme. It is knocking at your door sir ... You have made the connection public. It is no longer bedtime stories.

Many people's blood are dripping of your stained hands sire. We not proud in shaking it. Actually we don't want to touch it ... so please don't get on that bandwagon. ... I am ready to make the ride unpleasant for you,

White Genocide – “The Rule of Law”

scorp-section-eight-logo

“The actual number of white civilians killed during the  Mau Mau uprising was 32”
And the whole civilized world shat itself. Excuse the language. Google it if you do not believe me. Now in my country, South Africa, they ignore a much worse situation
The amount of farmers, white, being killed on a weekly basis often surpasses this figure.
The hate language is too condoned … if it is aimed at whites. “One settler, one bullet.”  “Kill a Boer” Boer is Afrikaans for farmer, white farmer.  God help me if I retaliate with a sharp comment like “ One bomb, a lot of …….(derogatory name for blacks that I DARE not publish) This white genocide attitude is alive and well in the cities too. In predominantly black neighborhoods I have been in the “reverse racism” is horrific. Racism is not confined to white people, the most racist people I meet are people of colour, they even hate the different shades, for heaven sake. If Obama, the so called black president of America had to go into the Cape Flats and tell those people of mixed blood, similar to himself, they were black, eish, even the CIA bodyguards could not save him, they would put a knife in him for an “insult” as bad as that.
Because of my past, or perhaps in spite of it, I do try and be a peaceful man. I have never liked politics or politicians.  I am not a racist, not because I stand on some “moral higher ground” or some such rubbish, the truth is: I just do not, never have, given a continental damn about what colour a person is. I dislike people in general, regardless of colour or creed! The unwashed masses have no appeal for me, I feel no need to join some cause to save the buggers.
That said, now in my own country a group of people, black, militant official government people!  The ANC Youth League for instance, have decided I should die, due to the colour of my freaking skin! This is un acceptable and if this issue here in my country is not addressed and reversed, I have no choice but to stand and fight along side the people I have been heaped with. I am white.  We have no professional law enforcement left, from the very top down it is corrupt.  Worse my country has lost the most important thing a civilized country can, The Rule of Law. Criminals are just set free, they often just happen to be police, politicians, Judges and doctors.
Some of my “Strange Classrooms” were in countries called Angola and Sierra Leonie, I learned them well and will not allow myself, and those close to me to be mutilated or killed without a fight. This is sad beyond comprehension, that one has to come to this point.
I am not happy about this at all. I work hard to become and would rather remain…. a peaceful man.
A compilation of my Strange Classrooms is soon to be released, please “Like” and  keep an eye on this page.
